The consenting Exhibitor hereby applies for exhibition space at the
above named show & encloses payment through the vendor payment gateway. WeddingOutlook.com, its owners, agents, workers, and the venue shall not be liable for property damage or personal
injury to Exhibitor, its agents or employees, or customers which may occur in,
on or about any part of the subject premises,
regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Exhibitor waves any
and all claims against WeddingOutlook.com and the venue, and assumes all liability
for loss or damage to Exhibitor's property
entrusted to the premises. Exhibitor shall hold WeddingOutlook.com and the venue from
any and such claims and indemnify WeddingOutlook.com and the venue against all liability or expenses arising out of any claim of injury
or damage to any person or property, together with all costs incurred in connection
with the defense thereof, including reasonable attorney's fees. The
above-mentioned parties will not be held responsible if the show is
canceled for any reason. The use of porters, if available, to assist unloading
and loading is at Exhibitor's own risk.
